ATO/DTO Consulting & Support

Training that also works as a system.

Good flight instructors are the foundation of any good training programme. But for that to become consistent training, training programmes, manuals, processes, and standards also need to work together — and stay practicable in day-to-day training operations.

We support ATOs and DTOs in developing their training structures, combining our own flying experience with organisational and regulatory expertise.

As much structure as needed. As much practicality as possible.

Manuals & Training Programmes
We create and further develop manuals, training programmes, and other training materials — with an eye on regulatory requirements as well as actual application in day-to-day training.
Standardisation & Skill Management
Training shouldn't depend on which instructor happens to be in the cockpit.

We support the standardisation of training content, methods, and assessment criteria, and develop structures for continuous skill management of student pilots. That keeps individual training progress traceable and training consistent even as instructors change.
Safety & Regulatory Coordination
Training organisation, safety, and compliance shouldn't sit side by side — they need to work together.

We support integrating safety management into the flight school and coordinating with the responsible approval authority — from preparation and structuring through to communication during the ongoing process.

Training structures that work in daily operations.

Our aim isn't to build the most extensive system possible. What matters is that the structure fits the ATO's or DTO's size, organisation, and actual training practice.
